Join the waitlist

You’ll receive an email from our Director with more details and the official waitlist form to complete. This is also a good time to ask questions or book a tour.

When a space opens, we’ll send you a confirmation with next steps. You decide whether to accept.

Complete required documents

Once accepted, there are required administrative documents to finalize enrolment, with a few deadlines to watch for. We’ll guide you through what’s needed and when.

AFTER enrolment

A thoughtful start.

Once enrolment is complete, we’ll schedule a welcome meeting and gradual first visits so your child gets to know their educators, classroom, and outdoor spaces. Early connections help build comfort and confidence – first days go better when they aren’t also first impressions.

Siblings of current and former families receive priority on the waitlist.

Subsidies

We’re not part of the Canada-Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) system – we’ve kept our own standard of care instead. The City of Toronto maintains a directory of subsidized options.

How long is the wait? It depends — and here’s on what.

Space availability at our centre changes as children move through each stage of the program. We have a small number of infant spaces—just 10 in total—so openings are limited and depend on when current children transition out of the program. Toddler and preschool spaces become available more regularly as larger cohorts progress together.

This natural flow helps maintain continuity for children while allowing new families to join throughout the year as spaces open.
